ACCOR Hotels Asia Pacific
Project managed and co-facilitated the customization of the Accor Hotels Asia Pacific Revenue Management Academy training content and train-the-trainer workshop. Working in collaboration with Buckhiester Management, this training program was rolled out by Accor’s revenue management team in 2008 to over 300 hotels in Asia Pacific.
Lead facilitator and project consultant for HEDNA University workshops on e-distribution & revenue management for hospitality marketing in 11 cities throughout Asia Pacific and UAE from 2002-2005, including the inaugural dual language workshop for Tokyo, Japan. ​
